# Privacy Policy for "Scieman"

I4Ttech ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information within the F4MH mobile application.

## 1. Data Collection & Storage
Scieman is designed with a "Local-First" philosophy. 
- **Personal Data:** Most data, including mood tracking, journals, and wellness goals, is stored locally on your device using an internal database.
- **Sensitive Information:** We do not sell or trade your mental health data to third parties.

## 2. Permissions & Usage
To provide mental health support features, the app requests the following (optional):
- **Location:** Used solely to help you find nearby mental health clinics and emergency services. This data is processed in real-time and not stored on our servers.
- **Camera:** Used only if you choose to attach photos to your private journal entries.
- **Notifications:** Used for daily wellness checks and medication reminders.

## 3. AI & Data Processing *not implemented yet
F4MH uses integrated AI models (such as Ollama or HuggingFace) for sentiment analysis and wellness suggestions. 
- Processing is performed locally.
- Your prompts are used only to generate responses and are not used to train global models under any circumstances. 

## 4. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures:
- **Encryption:** All data transmitted between the app and any backend services is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).
- **No Backups:** For maximum privacy, we have disabled Android Auto-Backup for sensitive app data.
- **Further security & privacy measures have been strongly researched and may be implemented at a later time.
## 5. Emergency Services
F4MH provides links to emergency dialing and crisis hotlines. We do not monitor these calls or have any access or knowledge of the users' interaction with the app at any time unless expressly communicated and consented upon at any given time. 
## 6. User Rights & Data Deletion
As this is an Alpha version, you can delete all your data at any time by:
1. Clearing the App Cache/Data in your Android Settings.
2. Uninstalling the application.
3. ALL data is locally stored explicitly and solely for the users' benefit, and there is no software programmed to decrypt any users' data on the server.
## 7. Changes to This Policy
This policy will be heavily modified in the future, as well as in-app via link or document.
